A Woman’s Worth – A Love Letter to Our Bodies!

This week Kiva is joined by Rachelle Anslyn, founder of the project “Love Letter to my Body” and creator of a new program for women called “Body, Food and Love.” They discuss the challenges that we all have around body image and ideas to have a more loving relationship with our bodies. It’s not about going on a crazy diet and trying to look like some unrealistic ideal – but rather creating a sense of gratitude and appreciation for what we have.
